Return Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

 Returns:

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed and otherwise unused full-priced merchandise purchased online within 14 days of receipt. Please request a return by emailing grettaluxemarisa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send a shipping label, and the item must be sent back to us in the original packaging with all Gretta Luxe and designer garment tags still attached. Please take care when trying on your purchases to ensure they are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Sale items discounted at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

Once received and accepted, all returns will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of return; however, some banking institutions require additional processing time.

 Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please email grettaluxemarisa@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. If the item is in stock, we will place it on hold for you and ship it out once we receive your return.
